Return & Exchange Overview

  • Returns accepted within 30 days

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping

  • No restocking fee

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Exchange Policy (Domestic – India Only)

We aim to offer detailed product information to help you make an informed purchase. However, in case of a sizing issue, we offer a one-time exchange for orders within India.

Please Note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-size-related concerns.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Only valid for orders within India

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags intact

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 24 to 48 hours of delivery

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Bags, home decor, and jewelry (unless defective)

  • Exchanges will not be accepted for:

    • Minor color variations due to screen settings

    • Fabric texture, weight, or personal material preferences

International Orders – United Kingdom Customers

We now accept returns from the United Kingdom under the following terms:

Return Policy for UK Customers

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached

  • Once the item is received and passes quality inspection, a full refund will be issued

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit

Exchange Process (India Only)

  1. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery:

  2. Exchange fee: ₹300 per product (must be paid in advance)

    • Share a screenshot of payment confirmation

  3. Reverse Pickup: We will schedule a pickup via our courier partners

    • Or, ship the item yourself (address provided upon request)

    • Share shipping details (AWB number, courier name, proof of delivery)

    • We are not liable for any loss/damage during return transit

After Receiving Your Product

  • Product will be inspected

  • If approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 working days

  • One-time exchange only per product/order

  • If the size is unavailable, a store credit note (valid for 90 days) will be issued

Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement (Prepaid or COD):

Note: A deduction of 2–3% may apply for prepaid order cancellations due to payment gateway charges.

Store-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product or fabric unavailability

  • Website errors (e.g., incorrect pricing or listing)

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be processed and confirmation will be sent by email.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for delivered products except in the following situations:

Eligible Refunds

  • Return (UK customers only, as per policy above)

  • Defective or damaged product (India or international)

Refund Deductions

  • Prepaid orders: 3% processing fee

  • COD orders: 2% processing fee
